FINDING THE OFFICE
Enter at 145 West 17th Street and take the elevator to the third floor. North Shore Therapy Group is located in Suite 300.
Once you arrive, come in and make yourself comfortable in the waiting area. Your counsellor will meet you there.
PARKING
Paid street parking is available around the office and throughout Central Lonsdale.
The first 30 minutes are free, but you must still register your vehicle at a pay station or through the Passport Parking app (Zone 70518). After the complimentary 30 minutes, parking rates are:

Next 30 minutes: $1.00

9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.: $3.00/hour

6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.: $2.00/hour
As most therapy appointments are longer than 30 minutes, please remember to register your vehicle and allow enough parking time for your appointment. We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your first visit.
Public Transit
NSTG is easily accessible by public transit, with bus service along Lonsdale Avenue and throughout Central Lonsdale. The office is approximately once block west of Lonsdale Avenue.
Accessibility
Our office is located on the third floor and is accessible by elevator. For those requiring step-free access, the elevator can be reached through the ground-floor parkade, accessible from the lane on the west side of the building.
Accessible parking is available in the designated stall within the parkade, beside the elevator. Please note that all other stalls in the parkade are reserved and are not available for client parking.
The elevator provides access from the parkade to our third-floor office and can accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers. Please note that the building does not currently have an accessible washroom. We are actively working toward a solution. In the meantime, if this presents a barrier to accessing our services, please speak with your counsellor so we can explore alternative arrangements to support your needs.
