Therapy for When Life Feels Harder Than It Should

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck—struggling with depression, relationship issues, or feeling like something just isn’t working. You might be navigating challenges in a romantic relationship, family dynamics, or friendships. You may find communication difficult, feel constantly misunderstood, or like you’re walking on eggshells. These are all common—and valid—reasons to reach out.

Dedicated Support for First Responders

A Space Where You Don’t Have to Mask

Here, you don’t have to explain or justify your experience.
You’ll find a space that honours your neurodivergent strengths, explores challenges with compassion, and supports you in building a life that feels authentic and sustainable.

When Parenting Feels Overwhelming

You imagined connection, calm, and joy—but instead, each day feels like walking on eggshells. You’re doing everything you can, but your child’s big emotions and intense reactions can leave you feeling helpless, frustrated, and alone.

My Approach

I believe that healing begins in a space of safety, connection, and deep respect for each person's unique story. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, ensuring that every step of our work together honours your autonomy, resilience, and lived experience. I am passionate about offering neurodiversity-affirming support, celebrating diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and being, and helping individuals and families embrace their authentic selves without judgment. When appropriate, I also incorporate animal-assisted therapy into my work—offering the calming, grounding presence of a therapy dog to support emotional regulation, build trust, and foster a sense of connection and comfort in the therapeutic space.  â€‹â€‹
