Neurodiversity Affirming Support

You’ve always felt like life takes more effort for you than it does for others. Whether it’s managing everyday responsibilities, navigating relationships, or simply being understood, everything just seems harder. Maybe you’ve been masking for so long that you’re not even sure who you are underneath it all. You may be autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent—and while these differences shape the way you experience the world, they don’t define your worth.

I work with neurodivergent adults who are looking for a space that truly gets it. You don’t need to explain why the noise in the grocery store is too much, or why it feels like you're constantly running on empty. Together, we’ll explore what thriving looks like for you—in your unique nervous system, with your strengths and sensitivities, in a world that hasn’t always made room for difference.

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I draw from somatic, trauma-informed, and relational practices to help you reconnect with yourself, unlearn internalized ableism, and create a life that fits. You deserve support that honours who you are—not who you were told you should be.
Reach out when you're ready. There's space here for your whole self—no masking required.
Parenting Support

Parenting wasn’t supposed to feel like this. You love your child deeply—but the meltdowns, defiance, anxiety, or outbursts are exhausting. You’ve tried the parenting books, the rewards, the consequences—and still, nothing seems to stick. Maybe you’re wondering if something more is going on. Is this just a tough stage? Is my child neurodivergent? Am I doing something wrong?

You’re not alone—and you’re not failing. I support parents of children who are intense, sensitive, strong-willed, or struggling in ways that are hard to understand. Whether your child has a diagnosis (like ADHD, autism, or anxiety) or not, I offer a non-judgmental space to unpack what’s happening beneath the behaviour, and to shift from power struggles toward connection and understanding.

Together, we’ll explore what your child might be trying to communicate, how to support them in ways that actually work, and how to care for yourself in the process. I draw from attachment-based, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches that honour both the parent and the child.

There’s no one-size-fits-all parenting—but there is support. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure what to do next, reach out. We’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to your child.
