A Space to Feel Understood
I support neurodivergent adults—including those with ADHD, who are autistic, or those exploring or adjusting to a late diagnosis—who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling misunderstood, burnt out, or struggling with communication, relationships, or self-worth.
Many of my clients also experience challenges such as disordered eating, intrusive or persistent thoughts (including OCD), depression, anxiety, or PTSD. These experiences are common and understandable responses to living in environments that may not always feel supportive or regulating.

I offer a non-judgemental, affirming space where your experiences are respected and understood. Together, we will work toward greater self-understanding and practical ways of navigating life and relationships that align with who you are.
My Approach
I believe that healing begins in a space of safety, connection, and deep respect for each person's unique story. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, ensuring that every step of our work together honours your autonomy, resilience, and lived experience. I am passionate about offering neurodiversity-affirming support, celebrating diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and being, and helping individuals and families embrace their authentic selves without judgment. When appropriate, I also incorporate animal-assisted therapy into my work—offering the calming, grounding presence of a therapy dog to support emotional regulation, build trust, and foster a sense of connection and comfort in the therapeutic space.
